Meet our founder

Hi, I’m Jen.

I love the process of working with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement “just right” people-centered solutions. With over 20+ years of experience in strategic leadership, experience design, and product management, I’ve designed and implemented many impactful digital products and tools for organizations large and small. For the past 10 years, I’ve focused on creating exceptional experiences in the healthcare industry with a goal of making the lives of patients, care partners, and healthcare professionals easier.

I am a lifelong learner with degrees in professional writing, education, and information science. Outside my work at Melora Design, I speak regularly at conferences and events and teach in the User Experience Design program at Wilfrid Laurier University.
